RAJOURI, JANUARY 26: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, celebrated the 76th Republic Day with the families of Badhaal village, showcasing the district administration's commitment to the welfare of affected families.
The event began with the singing of the National Anthem by children from the Badhaal village, symbolizing unity and patriotism.
The Deputy Commissioner appreciated the enthusiasm and participation of the youth, emphasizing the importance of instilling national pride among the younger generation.
In a compassionate gesture, the Revenue Department distributed blankets among the families recently shifted from Badhaal, providing relief to those facing challenging circumstances.
During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner expressed condolences to the families affected by the recent tragic incidents in Badhaal village. He assured them of the administration's full support and solidarity during these difficult times.
Addressing the gathering, DC Abhishek Sharma highlighted the ongoing efforts of various departments to create awareness about government schemes. “It is our priority to ensure that every family in Badhaal is aware of and can access the benefits of the welfare schemes launched by the government,” he stated.
He urged all the persons shifted from Badhaal to actively participate in the awareness campaigns and avail themselves of the opportunities provided under schemes related to health, education, livelihoods, and social welfare.
