CAT questions working of JKUT Officers? Reply not filed despite stoppage of salary of DFO, to face coercive action

O.A./70/2023 (JAMMU) titled  RENU GUPTA Vs FOREST ENVIRONMENT AND ECOLOGY DEPARTMENT  after hearing CAT ordered as under:-

Mr. Mohd. Ayub Khan, DFO Bhaderwah appeared personally before this Court through vedio conferencing and submitted that reply has been sent for vetting to the Administrative Department and the same shall be filed soon.

Mr. Khan sought some more time to place the reply before this Tribunal.

On perusal of file, it was revealed that vide order dated 11.11.2024 the salary of DFO Bhaderwah was stopped for not filing the reply despite having availed several opportunities. Now, four weeks more time is granted to file the reply failing which coercive action shall be taken against the Erring Officer on the next date of hearing.
