J&K: CAT to take coercive steps against Commissioner/Secretary if fails in compliance

Jammu, Dec 10: In C.P./17/2023 (JAMMU) In O.A./1489/2022  titled SOM RAJ Vs DR PIYUSH SINGLA, COMMISSIONER/PRINCIPAL SECRETARY TO D/O GENERAL ADMINISTRATION  after hearing CAT ordered as under"-

Mr. Roop Lal Adv. stated that he filed M.A. bearing Diary No. 3721/2024 on 04.12.2024 for placing on record some documentary material, wherein number of posts have been identified in the U.T. of J&K for repatriation of petitioners and other employees posted in U.T. of Ladakh.

Registry shall locate the aforesaid M.A. and place it along with file alloting the number.

Learned A.A.G. shall file the compliance report in the light of M.A. filed by the counsel for the petitioners by the next date, failing which coercive steps as deem necessary under law will be taken against the Respondent on the next date of hearing.
