Jammu, Nov 29: In M.A./1331/2024 (JAMMU) In O.A./1255/2024, M.A./1289/2024 titled FINANCE DEPARTMENT Vs JAGMEET SINGH after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
M.A. No. 1331 of 2024 M.A. No. 1331 of 2024 has been filed by ld counsel for the applicant seeking permission of this Tribunal for impleadment of the applicants namely Rohit Kohli S/o Sh. Mohinder Pal Kohli R/o 437, BAkshi Nagar, Jammu and Paramjeer Singh S/o Dhanwant Singh R/o Digianq Ashram Jammu andRockey Jamwal S/o Sh. Khajoor Singh R/o Channi Bija, Jammu as a party respondents in the O.A. No. 1255 of 2024.
Prayer made in the M.A. Is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, the above named persons are impleaded as party respondents and the ld. counsel for the applicant is directed to file a fresh memo of the party.
M.A. No. 1289 of 2024 M.A. No. 1289 of 2024 has been filed by ld. counsel for the applicant seeking permission of this Tribunal for joint together and the same is allowed for the reasons stated therein. M.A. No. 1330 of 2024 M.A. No. 1330 of 2024 has been filed by ld. counsel for the applicant seeking modification of the order dated 19.11.2024 passed by this Tribunal and the same is also allowed for the reasons stated therein.
Accordingly, the order dated 19.11.2024 is modified to the extent that the respondents are restrained to hold DPC with respect to the people who are to be promoted to the post from junior Assitant to Senior Assitant as per the seniority list dated 16.10.2024 till the next date of hearing.

Sawarn Singh Jasrotia R/o Shiva Nagar, Kathua. 184104. iii. Ashok Kumar, Aged 43 years S/o Sh. Ishwar Dass R/o House No. D-80, Upper Shiva Nagar, Lane No. 5 P.O Subash Nagar, Jammu. 180005. iv. Neeraj Kumar, Aged 39 years S/o Sh. Trilok Nath R/o House No. 386/A, Juliana Mohalla, Jammu 180001. v. Sorab Sodi, Aged 36 years S/o Sh. Kuldeep Raj Sodi R/o Badyal Brahmna, R. S Pura, Jammu 181102.
