Srinagar Oct 13: In a tragic incident, two minor children lost their lives after being struck by a dumper vehicle in D.H. Pora.
However after accident, they were rushed to the Sub-District Hospital but were declared dead upon arrival.
the incident, the driver of the dumper fled the scene. However, local authorities have since apprehended the driver, and an FIR has been lodged to investigate the matter.
