SRINAGAR, Sept 13: High Court today granted anticipatory bail to Wing Commander of Indian Air Force PK Sehrawat in allegation of sexual assault on his female colleague.
Justice Rajnesh Oswal granted bail to Sehrawat subject to certain conditions that he shall furnish two solvent sureties for an amount of Rs. 50,000 each, to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and personal bond of like amount.
He shall not leave the Union Territory of J&K without the permission of his Commanding Officer and will not contact any of the prosecution witnesses either physically or through any other mode.
