Jammu, Sep 11: In C.P./112/2024 (JAMMU) In O.A./160/2024 titled SAKSHI DEVI Vs FOREST DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT as under:-
The respondent nos. 2 to 5 have filed the compliance report and in compliance report they stated that there is no Class IV vacancy available in the Department.
They further stated that they have taken up this matter with respondent no. 1 (GAD) vide U.O dated 10.04.2024, for consideration of appointment of the petitioner.
However, neither compliance report has been filed nor any steps were taken by the respondent no. 1 (GAD).
Four weeks’ time as a matter of last opportunity is granted to the respondent no. 1 to file compliance report, failing which contempt proceedings would be initiated against him on the next date of hearing. List on 08.10.2024.
