Jammu, Aug 26: However, J&K Govt deputed Commissioner, JMC & Director, ULB to attend workshop on "Water Body Rejuvenation" at Jodhpur But till day J&K Govt is unable to decide the issue of harassment on the issue of so called Water Body issue?
Pertinent to mention here that H&UDD in Jammu Master Plan has specifically mentioned regarding no construction zones near water body/Khad/Canals, which raised a question on Revenue department despite that why Govt is not clearing other lands beyond no construction zones specified in Master Plan.
It is also to mention here that in SO 3808(E) issued by MHA that no revenue laws shall be applicable on Master Plan areas but still being not implemented by Revenue Officers raised a question on JKUT as a whole.
