Jammu, Aug 14: Mandeep Kour, Comm/Secy H&UDD & Bhawani Rakwal, Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority to gove Independence day gift to Jammu people as both teh officers have worked hard for disposals after understanding the issues public harassment like harassment over so called "Proposed Roads", FAR, Set Backs & lot of other undesired issue in faulty Master Plan-2032, which are not even understood by incompetent officers of Town Planning Section of TPO, JMC/JDA, who were the part in notifying Master Plans.
Lack of knowledge of STP Office of JDA is proved from illegal rejection of BP Cases & lot pending after timelines granted by Govt for according Permission.
However, after publications by Cross Town News & personal meetings with Commissioner/Secretary & Vice Chairman, JDA by Rajesh Gupta, Managing Editor, Cross Town News, ultimately, Commissioner & VC understood the picture of intentional harassment of so called STPs & concluded the complete exercise of Master Plan with their extra efforts to remove the defects in the Master Plan, which will give relief to Jammu people.
After reviewing each & every aspects by Mandeep Kour & Bhawani Rakwal, revised Master Plan after making genuine addition/alternations and is likely to be notified for public objections very shortly, and will leqd to removal of all undesired proposed roads in Master Plan of 2032, which was notified in March 2017 but neither any of so called Proposed Road was notified nor taken up for construction till day.
