Jammu, Aug 3: After continuous publications by Cross Town News on harassment by LGs administration to thousand of innocents especially by Revenue Officers including DCs, who were directed by previous ACs Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 followed by GO No 18JK(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb 2022 to complete the exercise on Gair Mumkin Khad Lands in 03 months but no actions were taken by LG on his non compliance as despite lapse of 30 months , there was no output on clearance of Gair Mumkin Khad land.
But inspite of taking actions on non compliance Administrative Council headed by LG just an eye wash issued new directions for the issue on Gair Mumkin Khad land, followed by new Govt Order dtd 2nf Aug 2024 with new guidelines over the same issue, which can be read below but shockingly without any time limit to decide the issue.
