JAMMU, July 29: Erstwhile J&K cadre IAS Officer Saugat Biswas got charge of top departments in Arunanchal Pradesh.
As per order which was issued couple of weeks ago, Saugat Biswas is now Commissioner/Secretary of 4 departments in Arunanchal Pradesh.
The four departments are
1. Industries 2. Trade & Commerce 3. Skill Development & Entrepreneurship 4. Labour and Employment
