UDHAMPUR, JULY 28: Despite LG being the Chairman of PDA, nop revised Master Plan of PDA & still using Bye Laws of MP of 2000 i.e of 24 years back terms causing stoppage of new developments in Patnitop and adjoining areas.
Even Govt constituted a committee headed by Director Tourism to submit a report on same issue in 15 days years back followed by instructions of Div Com Jammu to do within one moth but still all instructions are hanging in fire.
It is also to write that there are questions on PDA that being involvement of non technical Director & CEO, wrong proposals have been incorporated in revised Master Plan, which have been questioned by CTP of Town Planning Org Jammu, which speaks from the below communication of CTP & snapshots of previous & new proposed Master Plan if enquired shall detect a proved harassment scam by PDA & however, if enquired in revised MP, PDA has shown part of existing Petrol Pump as "Drainage Buffer", if enquired shall speak the truth & incompetence of PDA Bosses?
Devender Singh Bhau, CEO, Patnitop Development Authority, has also been silent on most crucial issue of revised Master Plan of PDA.
