Jammu, July 07: There are countless questions on Jammu Development Authority as a whole for causing harassment to thousand of innocents.
It is to mention here that regarding illegalities done by then CTP & his team on rejecting a BP case, after seeking a detailed report by the Pr Secretary H&UDD, Dheeraj Gupta, then VC JDA Pankaj Magotra vide No. JDA/CTP/000176/388 dtd 1.10.2021 submitted the detailed report over the illegalities done by CTP but in spite of taking actions against the CTP & his team, CTP Jagdish Hans was promoted & assigned with additional charge.
It is to mention here that new STP or CTP had shown powers , which can be seen from the reply in RTI over a simple information to provide the details of items, whose Bye Laws are not in Unified Building Bye Laws of 2021 but Officer replied it is uploaded on the website, which raised a pointer towards PIO, Ist Appellant Authority of JDA as well that they did not read the request as compared to information provided just for delay tactics?
Now, reply in Appeal again raised a question on PIO that he did not see whether reply or information sought co relates or just snacthing the time, so that frauds being committed by the said office can be hide to harass public in their genuine jobs?
It is to publish to act on the concerned officer that whether reply provided by the officer as " Information is uploaded on website" is legal or to hide concern's incompetence or lack of knowledge in to the issue?
However, even VC JDA has been personally informed regarding not clearing BP Cases by CTP Section as per time frame granted in COBO ACT & Unified Building Bye Laws.
