JAMMU, July 07: It is to publish here that Master Plan of PDA was notified in the year 2000 & as per J&K Development Act of 1970, it is to be revised after every 05 years,24 years have lapsed but now revised Master Plan is being implemented , but it is being learnt that without making necessary changes.
Applicants who have applied/requested for changes have said that the areas where Petrol Pump in Kud stands constructed since decades have been shown as Vacant area.
And on this fault , Chief Town Planner wrote to the Patnitop Development Authority that this needs to be rectified (Petrol Pump in Kud and adjoining area) along with other issues before implementation of Master Plan.
Sources said that Team from CEPT Ahmedabad visited the Kud area to recitify such changes , and now why they are not being implemented in Master Plan , is the the question?
