Jammu, July 5:There are countless questions on MD, JKHB & his team on various issues like withholding of NOCs for Building Permissions & other various NOCs despite lapse of time granted under PSGA, Master Plan & Unified Building Bye Laws of 2021 causing harassment to innocents, who wanted to construct their houses in a legal manner.
It is also to mention here that MD Office has uploaded seniority list of Non Gazetted Officials but not published the seniority list of Gazetted Officers.
Insiders said that one Officer, with illegal/back door appointment & illegal promotion sitting on gazetted post in JKHB, .
Govt has categorically ordered all officers to update its each & every order on the website, however order of seniority list of only non gazetted uploaded on website speaks otherwise.
However, the Central Information Commission has recently strongly recommended in an Appeal that Housing and Urban Development Department should take necessary steps for suo motu disclosure of maximum information on website.
