UDHAMPUR, JULY 01: There are countless questions on PDA for not revising Master Plan in open violation of rules of Development Act of 1970 for revising Master Plan after every 05 years causing hinderances in new developments in the best hill station in Jammu Province.
It is to mention here that MP of PDA previously notified in the year 2000 i.e. 24 years back & using bye laws of that MP are totally illegal & misuse of power.
However, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai today reviewed the progress on the revision of the master plan for the Patnitop Development Authority (PDA) and other related issues here at a meeting held in the Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex.
During the meeting, concerned officers and stakeholders explained different aspects of the plan and its impact on the region.
The DC enquired about the status of the current land use and directed the preparation of a complete analysis report of the same compared to the previous master plan.
The DC emphasized the importance of revision of the master plan for the PDA that incorporates all concerns and objections.
