Jammu, June 27: One document, speak about super powers of Ashish Gupta, MD, JKHB causing delay in issuing NOC for Building permission.
Now, the snapshot clearly speaks that despite submission by a lady that "She has kept temporary juggi to keep watch and ward of plot. she has also mentioned that as soon as construction permission is granted, they will remove juggi"
But, Ashish Gupta, MD of JKHB just to further delay the case, made observations "we can allow instead of we cannot allow" in first line & "Removal of Juggi is a pre requisitte".
Experts speaking to Cross Town News that MD J&K Housing Board is not the authority to accord Building Permission, it is JMC & is their duty to implement Bye Laws as per Master Plan.
It is also to mention here that the applicant has to show any temporary structure in a BP case & before sanctioning the BP Case, JMC takes affidavit from applicant for its removal before execution.
Above all it is to mention here that if some one will construct his/her building, shall he keep juggi established in the said plot & if so why not MD in first go direct his team of officers to dismantle all such juggies in each & every vacant plots of JKHB in J&K, so that such issues will not arise again.
